Shabbir and his team did a great job of taking our vision and coming up with a workable plan for the way we live in our home. Burhani Design Architects (Elmhurst) I recently worked with Burhani Design Architects on a large retaining wall project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From our very first conversation, they demonstrated an in-depth understanding of local village codes and made sure every detail—from the materials used to exact quantities—was accounted for. Their communication was top-notch. They explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. I was especially impressed with how quickly they worked; I needed a permit urgently, and they delivered it within a week. Excellent interior/exterior design company, needed ideas/direction in remodeling a recently acquired 4 unit apartment building, they helped us visualize the finished product and redesign the apartment flats, the transformation has given the units a luxurious and elegant/sparkle look, we appreciate the creativity & expertise of BDA, we have never used an architectural company before, we now have a kitchen restoral for a building we have in Edgewater that is in process, they were recommended to us and so we are now recommending them, 10 stars for this company!!!!

Shabbir and his team were incredibly helpful in the ideation, design, and architectural drawings associated with our garage/ roof deck project. Specifically, we appreciated how patient the team was with the back and forth as my wife and I made key decisions on the project and worked with the city to get our plans approved. Shabbir was especially helpful in providing guidance on the different steps of the process, which was great for someone who was going through a project like this the first time. We would highly recommend Shabbir and his team to anyone looking to do a project in the City of Chicago.
